As a single mother of four children, three who are hearing-impaired, life asked me to become strong in ways I never expected.<br \/>When doctors told me my children could never learn to speak, something inside me refused to accept limitation as the final answer. With love, patience, advocacy, and unwavering belief, I dedicated myself to helping them find their voices and navigate the world with confidence. Today, they live full and independent lives, a reminder that possibility often begins where fear and doubt say it should end.<\/p><p>Alongside raising my family, I built two successful salons and spent over 45 years in the hairdressing industry, supporting people not only through beauty, but through conversation, connection, and care. Those years taught me that behind almost every smile is a story, and behind many successful people is silent anxiety, overwhelm, or self-doubt.<\/p><p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"174\" data-end=\"620\">My journey into holistic wellbeing began through a desire to understand myself and wellbeing on a deeper level. Inspired by both personal experience and my mother\u2019s and grandmother\u2019s strength, I immersed myself in Reiki, massage, aromatherapy, and alternative wellness practices. Volunteering became a natural extension of this path, where I provided comfort and relief to cancer patients through holistic therapies and compassionate support.<\/p><p data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"985\">Over time, I realised my true purpose was not simply helping people cope, but helping them reconnect with themselves. Today, as a certified coach and practitioner in magnetic mind techniques, I combine lived experience, emotional understanding, and practical tools to help people move beyond anxiety, self-doubt, and the weight of other people\u2019s expectations.<\/p><p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1243\">My work is grounded in the belief that you are not broken, behind, or powerless.
